A public interest group called “GIP / Agence de l ‘Eau du Gourma” is created between the above-mentioned legal persons under public law.
It is designated in the convention “Agence de l’Eau du Gourma”.
The Water Agency has jurisdiction over the entire area of competence of the Gourma water resources management structure as determined by decree n02003-286 / PRES / PM / MAHRH of 09 June 2003 on determination of the areas of competence of water resources management structures.
